Eileen Douglass

Eileen serves as the Chief People Officer of Intrinsic and is responsible for developing and executing the firm’s talent strategy ensuring alignment to key business goals. She partners with the executive committee and Board of Directors to deliver best-in-class talent and infrastructure to serve our clients’ needs while maintaining Intrinsic’s unique employee experience and culture.

Eileen joins Intrinsic with 18 years of experience in professional services specializing in global recruiting, strategy & operations. Prior to joining Intrinsic, Eileen served as an Associate Director of Global Talent Attraction at McKinsey & Company where she led the firm’s recruiting strategy and operations and emerging markets centers of excellence after several years leading Asia-Pacific and campus recruiting efforts.  She started her professional career in Washington DC at The Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner) and has worked and lived in several US cities & abroad.
