NexPhase is active in lower/middle market private equity, with over 20 portfolio investments in the consumer, healthcare, and software & services industries. Managing approximately $1.5 billion in capital, the firm maintains high expectations for their service providers.
For several years, Intrinsic has had a strong relationship with NexPhase Capital. Intrinsic has partnered with their portfolio companies for valuation requirements related to purchase price allocations (ASC 805) and stock compensation (ASC 718).
