Chris Norcia

Chris serves as a Senior Associate within the Valuation practice and is responsible for executing valuation engagements with respect to financial reporting (ASC 805, ASC 350, ASC 842, ASC 718). Chris is experienced in preparing quality of earnings, net working capital, performance/profitability, and ad/hoc analysis with respect to various private equity and strategic buy-side M&A transactions, as well as technical accounting, financial reporting, and accounting standards implementations.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Chris was a Senior Associate within the Deal Advisory Group at Deloitte, where he worked on financial due diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients, as well as divestiture separation and project management engagements. Chris was also an Audit Associate at PwC, where he performed financial statement audits for clients in the financial services industry. Chris’ previous experience allows for a more thorough understanding of core business operations driving enterprise value, reporting of results, as well as the importance of supportability related to underlying assumptions.
