David Haut, CPA

David serves as a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for managing and executing buy and sell-side financial due diligence engagements while advising clients through the M&A process. David is experienced in preparing detailed financial due diligence reports including analysis of quality of earnings, net working capital and net debt, performance and profitability trends, and other ad hoc analyses.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, David served as a Manager within the Transaction Advisory Services group at Eide Bailly LLP where he worked with private equity firms on financial due diligence engagements and other M&A related advisory projects. Previously, David gained his technical accounting and finance process improvement experience at Ernst & Young (EY) and RSM LLP, working with public and middle-market companies across a variety of industries.
