Evan Lewis, CFA

Evan serves as a Managing Director within the Valuation practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for project management, internal development, and business development. He leads an experienced team on engagement work, conducting due diligence, performing and reviewing financial analysis, rendering transaction opinions, and producing valuation reports. He excels in intricate engagements related to transaction opinions and complex security analysis. Internally, Evan focuses on building Intrinsic’s team, including recruiting, training, and advising on professional development. His business development efforts include fostering relationships with prospective clients while deepening Intrinsic’s connection with existing clients.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Evan worked with Mount Yale Capital Group, a global portfolio design, asset management, and product development firm. His time with Mount Yale included developing complex financial models and conducting comprehensive investment research. Outside of work, Evan strives to give back to the Denver community and serves on the Board of Directors for Sun Valley Youth Center.
