Jack Brynestad

Jack serves as a Senior Associate within the Tax Reporting practice. He has completed valuation engagements for various purposes, including corporate tax (409A), gift and estate planning for tax purposes, and financial reporting (ASC 805). Jack has experience working closely with executives, business owners, private equity investors, and attorneys within various industries including real estate, life sciences & biotechnology, software, aerospace & defense, food & beverage, and manufacturing.

Before joining Intrinsic, Jack spent time as an associate at Andersen. He was a member of the Business Valuation team where he served clients in the valuation of business enterprises, options and warrants, intangible assets, and intellectual property. Jack graduated Cum Laude from California Polytechnic State University.
