Joe Hamilton, CPA

Joe serves as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for providing both buy- and sell-side financial due diligence while advising clients throughout the M&A process. Joe assists clients with a variety of transaction-related services including quality of earnings, working capital, and profitability analysis.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Joe was a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services group at BDO, where he worked on financial due diligence engagements for clients in the middle market. Previously, Joe was a Senior Assurance Associate in the financial services audit practice at RSM, where he assisted in financial statement audits for middle market private equity funds.
