Mark serves as a Director in the Transaction Opinions and Financial Reporting practices where he is responsible for relationship development and project execution. Mark has extensive experience preparing and issuing fairness and solvency opinions as well as providing other corporate board M&A advisory services. Additionally, Mark has experience completing purchase price allocations and other financial and tax reporting engagements for Intrinsic’s private equity, venture capital, and operating company clients in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Mark spent approximately 15 years with Duff & Phelps and Mesirow Financial focused on providing clients with Valuation and Corporate Finance advisory services for Valuation, M&A, Restructuring and other purposes. More specifically, Mark served clients within the Duff & Phelps Corporate Finance practice focused on business development, financial sponsor coverage and project execution for Transaction Opinions as well as financial reporting, estate and gift tax and other related valuation services. At Mesirow Financial, Mark advised clients on valuation, transaction opinions, solvency and dispute-related matters.
