Michael Helling, CPA

Michael serves as a Director within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic. He is responsible for business development, relationship management, and project execution across the firm’s private equity clients. He oversees a variety of transaction-related services including quality of earnings, working capital, and performance/profitability analyses, and financial and accounting due diligence reports. Michael brings his experience working alongside CFO’s, controllers, private equity investors, and small business owners throughout the M&A process across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Michael was a Manager in the Deal Advisory group at KPMG, where he worked on financial due diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients. Previously, Michael was a Senior Associate in the audit practice at KPMG, gaining technical accounting experience in healthcare, airline, technology, and various other industries.
