Morgan is a Senior Associate within the Tax Reporting practice at Intrinsic. He is responsible for project management and execution of valuations concerning interests in privately-held businesses.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Morgan was a business valuation consultant at Chiampou Travis Besaw & Kershner LLP, a public accounting firm in Buffalo, New York. He has experience in the valuation of privately-held companies for tax, M&A, financial reporting, and litigation purposes.
