Simon Quan

Simon serves as a Senior Associate within the Tax Reporting practice. He is responsible for performing valuation analysis for a wide range of public and private entities within various industries. He has completed valuation engagements for various purposes, including financial reporting (ASC 805), corporate tax (409A), and gift and estate planning for tax purposes. Simon has experience working closely with executives, business owners, private equity investors, and attorneys within various industries including manufacturing, construction, real estate, retail, and software.

Before joining Intrinsic, Simon spent time as a consultant at Plante Moran. He was a member of the Business Valuation team where he served clients in multiple roles including gift and estate tax valuation, management planning, ad-hoc financial analysis, and audit review support. Simon graduated from Magna Cum Laude from the Jack Welch College of Business and Technology at Sacred Heart University.
