Uchenna Egonu, CFA

Uche serves as a Vice President at Intrinsic and is responsible for project management and execution with a focus on Fair Value valuation engagements for financial reporting purposes. Uche has experience performing portfolio valuations, purchase price allocations and other financial and tax reporting engagements for Intrinsic’s private equity, venture capital, and operating company clients.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Uche worked at EisnerAmper Advisory’s Corporate Finance group and Duff & Phelps’ Portfolio Valuation group. At Eisner, Uche supported audit engagements as an internal fair-value specialist and completed valuation engagements for the purpose of ASC 805, ASC 350, and ASC 718 for clients in the financial services, technology, consumer product, and industrials industries. While at Duff & Phelps, Uche valued the portfolios of Private Equity, Hedge Fund and Venture Capital firms primarily in the Energy industry.
