Rebecca serves as the Manager for Early Career Talent and Development. Rebecca leads Intrinsic’s campus recruiting efforts and company culture initiatives. She is responsible for hiring the firm’s interns,  Associates and Senior Associates into our practices, and partners with practice leaders to create rewarding internship programs. She works across the organization to maintain Intrinsic’s high performing culture, ensuring a positive experience for our colleagues through employee relations, engagement within the communities we live and diversity and inclusion efforts. She also actively participates in event planning and coordinating.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Rebecca graduated from the University of Colorado Denver Business School with honors. She started her career as an Operations Manager for W.G. Nielsen & Co., an investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and innovative capital solutions.
