Work in and on the business

Enhance your technical skills and get a deep understanding of financial due diligence or valuation analyses, by working alongside peers on engagements. You will also get a chance to work on the business, by helping improve the efficiency of our process and our analyses.

Mentorship

Each intern is paired with a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the internship. The mentor helps facilitate the Intern’s growth and development.

Intrinsic offers first class training by experienced professionals through case studies, excel crash course and a wide range of other technical trainings.

When do applications open?

Applications open September 7th and close on October 31st, 2025, for 2026 start dates.

What does the interview process look like?

If you are invited to interview with us, you will be contacted by our recruiting team to interview in the first round of interviews. The first round is comprised of two interviews with members of our team. If you are successful, you will pass on to the second and final round, which is comprised of an additional two interviews. This entire process is about three weeks long. A decision is usually made within two weeks of the final interviews. Our recruiters and professionals will stay in touch with you throughout the recruiting process.

How long is an Internship at Intrinsic?

Our Transaction Advisory internship is 8 weeks long. The program starts in mid-June and ends in mid-August.

When do Associates start?

September of the following year.

I had an invaluable experience throughout my summer internship on the Transaction Advisory team.
