Our goal is to secure your investment
We take every opportunity to make your job easier. In fact, many of our partners describe us as “user-friendly.” We do everything we can to ensure the due diligence process is as smooth and efficient as possible for everyone involved, including your target company.
Our transaction advisory process is thorough and thoughtful
The financial due diligence process includes thoughtful analysis of historical and projected earnings, net working capital, and operational performance. We identify value drivers, high-risk areas, unrecognized liabilities, and potential deal-impacting issues.
We perform a rigorous assessment of the following:
- Trial balance-level financial statements
- General ledger transaction detail
- Key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Customer, product, service, and location-level profitability
