Bart Kozmic

Bart serves as a Director within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic. Bart is responsible for managing and executing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, their portfolio companies and strategic acquirers. Bart has extensive experience across multiple industries and has led projects involving quality of earnings, working capital, indebtedness and profitability analyses. In addition to traditional diligence, Bart has performed limited scope reviews and sell-side readiness engagements, helping clients prepare for successful transactions. Bart’s industry experience spans construction, professional services, manufacturing, distribution, media/marketing, consumer products and other sectors.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Bart worked within the Transaction Advisory practice at RSM, where he prepared quality of earnings, working capital and debt, and profitability analysis on transactions covering a broad range of industries for companies with enterprise values ranging from $2 million to $1.5 billion. Bart began his career in the external audit practice at Deloitte.
