Dan Brott, CPA

Dan serves as a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic, where he manages and executes buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers. He has extensive experience leading projects focused on quality of earnings, working capital, indebtedness, and other ad hoc analyses across a wide range of industries, including business and professional services, construction, and consumer and industrial products.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Dan served in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at RSM, where he worked on buy-side and sell-side engagements for private equity and corporate clients across a broad range of industries.
