Brett Bocciardi, CPA

Brett is a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic, where he provides buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers. He supports clients across a range of transaction-related needs, including quality of earnings assessments, working capital analyses, and profitability evaluations.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Brett served as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services group at RubinBrown, executing financial due diligence engagements for middle‑market clients across a variety of industries. Earlier in his career, Brett was part of the assurance practice at Deloitte LLP, where he contributed to audits of large mutual funds and specialized medical device companies.
