Parita Shukla

Parita is a Director in Intrinsic’s Valuation practice, where she leads complex valuation engagements for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. She also plays a key role in business development and relationship management across the firm’s private equity, venture capital, and operating company clients. She has over a decade of experience in finance, working with senior management of both public and private companies, including many Fortune 500 clients. Parita primarily focuses on valuations for financial reporting, tax, and strategic purposes, including business valuations (ASC 350), purchase price allocations for intangible assets (ASC 805), legal entity valuations, and equity valuations (IRC 409A or ASC 718). 

Parita has led and supported valuation engagements for multinational corporations in connection with acquisitions and divestitures, including transactions exceeding $1.0 billion in value. Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including industrials, consumer products, technology, media, entertainment and business services.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Parita was a Vice President at Houlihan Lokey, where she spent seven years in the firm’s valuation team. She began her career at Deloitte, holding senior roles and working closely on complex M&A transactions and audit support.
