Alex Benton

Alex serves as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers. Alex assists clients with a variety of transaction-related services including quality of earnings, working capital, and profitability analysis.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Alex worked in the Assurance practice of BDO USA, where he provided services to public and private companies in the software industry. In this role, he developed expertise in revenue recognition, equity accounting, and financial reporting.
