Ali Flores

Ali serves as a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services for private equity clients and their portfolio companies, as well as strategic acquirers. Ali is experienced in assisting clients with preparation of quality of earnings, net working capital, profitability analyses, and other ad hoc analyses as required to suit client needs.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Ali worked in the Transaction Advisory Services practice of BDO where she worked on buy-side and sell-side financial diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients in the software industry. Ali originally gained her financial diligence experience at CDS, where she advised clients across a variety of industries including construction, industrial products, government contractors, and consumer finance. Ali began her career in the assurance practice at Ernst & Young LLP.
