Bryant is a Director in Intrinsic’s Valuation practice, where he leads and supports engagements for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He brings over a decade of experience in finance, including more than six years specializing in valuation across financial reporting, healthcare transactions, complex capital structures, and complex financial instruments.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Bryant held senior roles at leading valuation and advisory firms, where he worked closely with clients navigating high stakes decisions and audit scrutiny. His approach blends technical precision with a deep understanding of the nuances that drive value in dynamic and regulated environments.

Bryant leads by example, fostering clear and open communication across teams and engagements. His philosophy with clients is to simplify complexity by aligning closely with auditors to ensure a smooth, painless experience from start to finish.
