Dan Misencik, CPA

Dan serves as a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic, where he manages and executes buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers. Dan has extensive experience across multiple industries and has led projects involving quality of earnings, working capital, indebtedness, and profitability analyses.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Dan worked at RSM in the Transaction Advisory practice. While there he prepared quality of earnings, working capital, and debt and debt-like analysis on transactions covering a wide range of value across multiple industries including professional service, construction, and consumer products.

Outside of work Dan enjoys exploring new cities, sports, and spending time outside.
