Matthew Bogle, CPA

Matthew serves as a Managing Director within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is the leader of the Healthcare Services team. He has spent over ten years serving as a trusted advisor to private equity clients, investment bankers and executive management teams. Matthew’s extensive experience performing Quality of Revenue analyses across a diverse set of healthcare specialties has enabled him to provide valuable insight to clients who are looking to assess the accuracy of both historical reported revenue and evaluate the accounts receivable of target organizations. Matthew’s differentiated approach to client service is grounded in collaboration throughout the deal process; from understanding investment thesis pre-kick off, to efficiently executing the Quality of Earnings analysis, and ultimately assisting in negotiating net working capital and purchase agreement terms.

Matthew’s specific industry experience is comprised of a multitude of transactions in Behavioral Health, Orthopedics & Physical Therapy, Cardiology, Optometry & Ophthalmology, ASCs, Allergy & ENT, Dermatology, Primary Care, Urgent Care, Home Health & Hospice, Dental & Orthodontics, Fertility & Women’s Health, amongst other healthcare sub-specialties.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Matthew was a Manager in the Healthcare Transaction Advisory Group at Alvarez & Marsal where he specialized in performing buy-side and sell-side due diligence on healthcare companies with enterprise values ranging from $30 million to $2.2 billion. Matthew also spent over four years at PwC within their Healthcare Due Diligence and Assurance practices.
