Ivan Wu, CPA

Ivan serves as a Senior Associate within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic. In his role, he is responsible for performing both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity firms, their portfolio companies, as well as strategic acquirers. Ivan assists clients across various transaction-related services, including quality of earnings analysis, working capital analysis, debt and debt-like considerations, and profitability analysis. 

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Ivan was a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services Practice at Crowe LLP, where he executed financial due diligence engagements for private equity, lenders, investment banks, and corporate buyers. In this role, Ivan gained experience in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, commercial services, and consumer products. Ivan began his career in the audit practice at Marcum LLP, working with both public and private companies in financial services, consumer products, and manufacturing industries
