Kaylin Wax, CPA

Kaylin Wax serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Intrinsic, where she leverages over a decade of finance and accounting experience to lead the firm’s financial operations. Partnering with the rest of Intrinsic’s leadership team, she spearheads strategic initiatives that build on the firm’s strong financial foundation, focusing on financial strategy, risk management, and operational efficiency to drive growth.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Kaylin held several financial leadership positions at Paragon 28, a leading medical device company. There, she played a pivotal role in the company’s successful initial public offering (IPO), managing the complexities of the process, and ensuring a smooth transition to a publicly traded entity. She also developed sophisticated forecasting models to support strategic and informed decision-making. Before that, Kaylin led accounting and financial reporting at Koda Resources, an oil and gas E&P company.

Kaylin is a Certified Public Accountant and started her professional career in public accounting at Deloitte.
