Kristina Heinze

Kristina Heinze joined Intrinsic’s Board in April of 2024. Kristina brings 20+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business strategy, operations and finance.

Kristina co-founded and serves as Senior Advisor at ParkerGale Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm focused on technology buyouts. Prior to ParkerGale, Kristina was a Principal at Chicago Growth Partners. Kristina began her career in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston.

In addition to her service on the board of Intrinsic, Kristina serves on the boards of four companies, including Profisee (master data management), SurePoint (legaltech), SMA Technologies (fintech), and Paramount Services (construction services).

Kristina lives in Naples, Florida with her husband and two children. Her passions include boating, golfing and watching her children play sports. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and graduated with Bronze Tablet Honors (top 3% of her class).
