Matthew Carlsson

Matt serves as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and provides buy-side and sell-side financial and accounting due diligence services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers. Matt assists clients with a variety of transaction-related services including quality of earnings, working capital, and profitability analysis.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Matt worked at Barclays in New York City in the Financial Control team, where he was responsible for financial reporting and controls across entities in the Corporate and Investment Bank. Matt started his career in public accounting in Australia, where he became a Chartered Accountant.
