Mike Eggert, CPA

Mike serves as a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for managing and executing financial due diligence engagements while advising clients through the M&A process. He is experienced in preparing detailed financial due diligence reports including analysis of quality of earnings, net working capital and net debt, performance and profitability trends, and other ad hoc analysis.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Mike gained his accounting skills working as a Senior Associate in the audit practice at EY, working with both public and private companies across a variety of industries. Additionally, Mike spent several years working with Colorado-based Accounting & Advisory firm, Lanphier LLP, acting as an outsourced Accounting Manager/Controller for a myriad of small to mid-market companies.
