Mitch Kavlick

Mitch is a Director within Intrinsic’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he focuses on managing and executing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, portfolio companies and strategic acquirers. He brings experience across a range of industries and has led engagements focused on quality of earnings, working capital, indebtedness analyses. Mitch’s industry experience includes professional services, manufacturing, distribution, consumer products and other sectors.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Mitch began his career at KPMG in its external audit practice in Philadelphia, PA. He later relocated to Baltimore, MD, where he transitioned into Transaction Advisory Services at RSM, supporting of a broad range of M&A transactions, including sponsor-backed, strategic, family office, independent buyer, as well as platform acquisitions, add-ons, and carve-outs.
