Taylor Fralick, CPA

Taylor serves as a Director within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic. She is responsible for managing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Taylor assists with and advises clients on a variety of transaction-related services, including quality of earnings, working capital, indebtedness, and carve-out financials. Taylor has been involved in transactions across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, software, consumer products, media and advertising, and industrial services.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Taylor worked in the Deal Advisory group at KPMG, where she executed buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients. There, she gained experience on complex transactions in the software, construction, and oil and gas industries.

Taylor also serves as a guest lecturer at the Kelley School of Business and serves on the IU Accounting Department Rising Leaders Board.
