Will Mixon

Will serves as a Vice President within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for managing and executing buy and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers in the healthcare services industry. Will supports clients with a variety of transaction-related services including quality of earnings, quality of revenue, net working capital, indebtedness, and profitability analyses.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Will was a Director within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Ankura, where he executed financial due diligence engagements for healthcare clients. Previously, Will was a member of the Healthcare Transaction Advisory practice at BDO.
