Intrinsic Names Kaylin Wax as New Chief Financial Officer

Denver, CO — Intrinsic, a leading provider of transaction advisory services, valuation advice, and accounting and finance support, announced today the appointment of Kaylin Wax as Chief Financial Officer. Wax brings over a decade of finance and accounting experience to the role, where she will oversee the firm’s financial functions and partner with the rest of Intrinsic’s leadership team to spearhead strategic initiatives to drive growth.

Before joining Intrinsic, Wax held several financial leadership positions at Paragon 28, a leading medical device company. There, she played a pivotal role in the company’s successful initial public offering (IPO) and developed sophisticated forecasting models to support strategic and informed decision-making.

Wax, a Certified Public Accountant, holds both a B.A. and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Colorado. She began her career in public accounting at Deloitte.
