Alex Klein

Alex serves as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice, providing buy and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers. Alex supports clients with a variety of transaction-related services, including the delivery of Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital, and Quality of Revenue analyses.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Alex was a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Advisory Services group at PYA, where he executed financial due diligence engagements for middle market private equity firms across the healthcare industry. Additionally, Alex spent several years with HCA Healthcare, where he most recently served as the Assistant Controller for a 500-bed hospital in Southern California.
