Andrew Bainbridge

Andrew serves as a Vice President within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for managing and executing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as corporate clients. Andrew assists clients with a variety of transaction-related services including quality of earnings, working capital, and profitability analysis.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Andrew was a member of the Accounting Advisory Services group at KPMG for four years, where he performed transaction-related technical accounting, including analyzing the impact of ASC 606 on transactions and assisting clients transitioning to the new standard.
