Anna Sorenson

Anna serves as an Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and provides buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers. Anna supports clients with a variety of transaction-related services, including quality of earnings, net working capital, and profitability analyses.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Anna attended the Daniel’s College of Business at the University of Denver where she pursued a major in Accounting along with a minor in Business Management. During her time there, Anna was an active member of Beta Alpha Psi, involved with the Management Club as a peer mentor, and served as the Vice President of Member Education for Delta Gamma. Upon graduation, she was selected to join Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Business Honors Society.
