Danny Lee

Danny serves as a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services for private equity clients. Danny is experienced in assisting clients with preparation of quality of earnings, net working capital, profitability analyses, and other ad hoc analysis as required to suit client needs.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Danny was an Associate Director at Frontier Management Inc. within the Investment Banking Group where he worked on cross-border inbound and outbound M&A transactions for Japanese private equity and corporate clients across several industries. Danny also has experience as a Senior Associate within the Transaction Advisory Group at Alvarez & Marsal where he assisted on buy-side and sell-side engagements for private equity clients, primarily in the software industry.
