Erik Zimmer joined Intrinsic’s Board in July of 2021. Erik has extensive experience in finance, operations, innovation, sales, strategy, and M&A.  Erik spent 14 years of his career in Private Equity and Management Consulting at Bain & Company, Lake Capital, and Thomas H. Lee Partners.  For the past decade, Erik has acted as a Strategic Advisor to Ceridian while at Thomas H. Lee Partners, joining the company full time in 2018 as Chief Strategy Officer.  As an Executive at Ceridian Erik focuses his efforts on Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Initiatives, and Investor Relations.

 With over $1B in revenue, Ceridian is listed on the NYSE (CDAY) and is a member of the S&P 500. Since 2019, Ceridian has closed 6 global transactions across Australia, Singapore, North America, and Latin America in addition to launching Ceridian’s Dayforce Wallet instant payments platform.

 Erik’s passions include investing, skiing, fishing, running, and traveling with his wife and four children.
