Fran Adams

Fran serves as the Office and Human Resources Coordinator of Intrinsic. Fran assists with facilitating and maintaining human resources functions and recruiting coordination. She is responsible for helping maintain office operations and performs other support functions. She works to provide a structured, employee-focused environment.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Fran graduated from Adler University. She began her professional career as the Human Resources Coordinator for DispatchHealth, a healthcare startup focused on providing same-day acute and advanced in-home care.
