Fran Adams, SHRM-CP

Fran serves as the as the Manager of People & Firm Operations at Intrinsic. Fran facilitates and maintains the firm’s human resources function which includes benefits and policies, and operational matters such as compliance and technology. She collaborates with leadership to help sustain a secure foundation for growth, and works to provide a structured, employee-focused environment.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Fran graduated from Adler University Graduate School. She began her professional career as the Human Resources Coordinator for DispatchHealth, a healthcare startup focused on providing same-day acute and advanced in-home care.
