Greg Jackson

Greg serves as a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for managing and executing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence engagements while advising clients through the M&A process. Greg is experienced in preparing detailed financial due diligence reports including analysis of quality of earnings, net working capital and net debt, performance and profitability trends, and other ad hoc analyses.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Greg served as a Manager within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at CFGI, where he advised middle-market management teams, private equity investors, and investment banks through the transaction process.
