Keaton Schifer

Keaton serves as a Vice President within the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for managing and executing buy and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity firms, their portfolio companies, and strategic acquirers. Keaton supports clients in the Healthcare industry with a variety of transaction-related services, including quality of earnings, quality of revenue, and net working capital and net debt analysis.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Keaton was a Senior Associate in the Transaction Advisory Services group at RSM, where he executed financial due diligence engagements for middle market clients across a variety of industries. Previously, Keaton was a member of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at RubinBrown LLP.
