Michael Schillinger, CPA

Michael serves as a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for managing and executing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence engagements while advising clients through the M&A process. Michael is experienced in preparing detailed financial due diligence reports including analysis of quality of earnings, net working capital and net debt, performance and profitability trends, and other ad hoc analyses.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Michael served as a Manager within the Financial Due Diligence practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he led teams in assessing the financial health of middle-market to large enterprise companies for M&A activity across a variety of industries.
