Rob Carlykke

Rob serves as a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services. Over 13 years of professional experience, Rob has delivered a variety of transaction-related services, including quality of earnings, working capital, indebtedness, and other ad hoc analysis. Rob has been involved in transactions across a range of industries, including business and professional services, manufacturing, and distribution.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Rob served as Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice of RSM where he worked on buy-side and sell-side financial diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients. Rob also spent several years delivering financial due diligence services in the UK and has completed multiple cross-border transactions in the UK and US. Rob began his career in the external audit practice at KPMG, focusing on telecoms, software and media.
