Saif Qubain

Saif serves an Associate within the Valuation practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for performing valuation analysis for a wide range of public and private entities within various industries. He is responsible for executing valuation engagements for various purposes, including financial reporting (ASC 805, ASC 718 and ASC 350) and corporate tax (IRC 409A).

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Saif attended the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder where he pursued a major in Finance and Accounting. He served as the President and Treasurer of Beta Alpha Psi and was an active member in the Leeds Investment and Trading group. During his summer breaks, Saif interned as a data analyst and audit intern at KPMG US and Switzerland, as well as a finance intern for Smart Capital.
