Tri Phan, CPA

Tri serves as a Vice President in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic and is responsible for managing and executing buy- and sell-side financial due diligence engagements while advising clients through the M&A process. Tri is experienced in preparing detailed financial due diligence reports including analysis of quality of earnings, net working capital and net debt, performance and profitability trends, and other ad hoc analyses.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Tri worked in the Transaction Advisory Services practice of BDO USA where he worked on buy-side and sell-side financial diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients in the software industry. Tri began his career in the assurance practice at BDO USA working with public and private companies across a variety of industries.
