Wade Nelson

Wade serves as a Director within the Healthcare Transaction Advisory Services practice at Intrinsic. With over eight years of healthcare-related experience, he advises private equity firms, corporate entities, and founder-sellers on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Wade’s expertise includes leading and executing Quality of Earnings analyses, Net Working Capital negotiations, and Purchase Agreement reviews. His extensive experience in performing healthcare-specific Quality of Revenue analyses enables clients to assess key operational and financial risks associated with accounts receivable and GAAP-based revenue. Wade’s corporate M&A experience provides him with a unique perspective that enhances his ability to collaborate with clients and management teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Prior to joining Intrinsic, Wade served as Vice President of Transaction Services at a private equity-sponsored dermatology platform. The majority of Wade’s background was within the healthcare and life sciences sector of Ernst & Young’s Strategy and Transactions Group, having last served as a Senior Manager.
